Men’s sexually problems can include Impotence (inability to get or maintain an erection), Pre-mature ejaculation, loss of libido, inability to reach orgasm or infertility.

These problems are often associated with vascular disease, emotional and lifestyle factors like overwork, fatigue, anxiety and depression.

Acupuncture is a safe, drug free long term solution for these conditions, rather than a pill which may work just once and have negative side affects; the treatment you receive with Acupuncture will have longer term results.

Alopecia (Baldness) is very common and usually consistent with family tendencies, however there are other causes, long term overwork leading to fatigue and high stress levels are common contributing factors, if you are concerned about hair loss or early greying of hair Acupuncture can be beneficial especially if used in early stages or as a preventive measure

Difficult urination, frequent urination, dribbling after urination, excessive night time urination or incontinence are common complaints for men especially as you age, all can be treated with Acupuncture.

Prostate enlargement leads to increased levels of PSA (Prostate specific antigen) in the blood it is recommended that males over 50 or if you have a family history of Prostate Cancer to have regular physical exams and blood tests to detect PSA with your GP. Early detection is always best.

If Prostate enlargement is detected Acupuncture can be used in conjunction to supplement and enhance conventional treatment, or may be used as a preventive measure if there are early signs of enlargement, or you are concerned with a family history of Prostate Cancer.
